Renting Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Agreement​

  • When you book apparel from Aryana Luxe, you are entering into a rental agreement with us.

  • The rental is for personal use only and must not be sub-rented, sold or used for commercial purposes without our written consent.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is only confirmed once full payment (including any security deposit) has been received.

  • Payment is accepted through methods available on our website or cash upon handover.

  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change at our discretion

3. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit may be required at the checkout.

  • The deposit will be returned once the dress is returned in acceptable condition (see Section 5).

  • If the dress is damaged, stained or not returned, deductions may be made from the deposit, or additional charges may apply.

4. Rental Period

  • The standard rental period is 4 days, beginning on the date you receive the dress.

  • Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Late returns will incur a fee of  £10 per day.

  • If a dress is more than 7 days late, we reserve the right to treat the item as a non-return and charge up to the full retail value of the dress, in addition to any late fees already incurred.

5. Care & Responsibility

  • You are responsible for the dress from the time it is delivered to you until it is returned to us.

  • Dresses must not be altered, permanently adjusted or cleaned by you.

  • Please do not apply perfume, makeup, fake tan, body oils or glitter directly onto the dress, as these can cause permanent damage or staining. 

  • Any significant damage, staining or odour may result in deductions from the security deposit or additional charges up to the full retail value of the dress.

6. Returns

  • Dresses must be returned by the agreed date in the original packaging provided.

  • If shipping is required, you must use the pre-arranged method to ensure safe and trackable delivery.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • For general rentals of readily available dresses, cancellations made 5 working days before the rental date will receive a full refund.

  • For customised pieces, a minimum of 14 working days is required in order to cancel and receive a full refund.

  • If the dress is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or alternative rental.

8. Liability

  • Aryana Luxe is not liable for any injury, allergic reaction or other incident arising from the use of our dresses. 

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping couriers, events outside our control or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

9. Privacy

  • We will use your personal information only in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
