Cancellations

To cancel your booking, please contact our customer support team at least 5 working days before you're scheduled to receive your item. or a minimum of 14 working days for customised outfits. We will assist you in the cancellation process and address any related concerns.

Refunds for customised items will depend on whether the item has started to be tailored.
 - 
Refunds for items already in our inventory will be issued if the item has not yet been dispatched.

Refunds for Dress Rentals
- 
Refunds are available if:
- 
the dress arrives damaged or unusable​
 - 
the incorrect dress is sent
 - 
the dress does not arrive by the agreed rental start date

If a dress does not fit, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Where possible, we will offer a replacement or issue store credit or a refund.

Returns & Condition of Items
- 
Dresses and waistcoats should be returned in the same condition they were received. We understand small signs of normal wear may happen during events. but significant damage, stains or missing items may result in deductions from your deposit.

Deposits
- 
Security deposits (if applicable) will be refunded once the dress has been returned and checked.
 - 
Refunds are generally processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.

Non-refundable
- 
Shipping costs are non-refundable
 - 
Refunds are not guaranteed for event cancellations or last minute changes of mind, but we will always try to find a fair solution - such as store credit or transferring your rental to a new date.
