Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

UK Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

  • Standard shipping: 2-4 business days.

  • Express shipping: 1-2 business days (extra fee applies).

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Clothing Rentals

  • Dresses and Waistcoats are shipped to arrive at least 1 day before your booked rental period begins.

  • Please ensure your rental dates are accurate when placing your order.

  • Return instructions and prepaid return packaging will be included with your order (if applicable).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and vary depending on the service selected.

  • Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain value or during promotional periods.

Delays

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services, weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to assist you if an issue arises.

Incorrect Address
